I’ll give exercises and prompts that will inspire you to write down your desires and set goals with an action plan. .
We’ll learn how to:
- manifest your desires
- intention-set through a 20-minute aspirational yoga practice and guided meditation.
Our yoga session will get you into the right mindset to take on your dreams and the meditation will help find your Zen. Be prepared to feel invigorated to take on the day!
