When you create a vision board and place it in an area you can see daily, it will encourage you to visualize your ideal life on a consistent basis. Vision boards are important because visualization is a crucial part of the law of attraction, the law that guides everything you want to your life. So your board, according to Jack Canfield, “activates the creative powers of your subconscious mind and programs your brain to notice available resources that were always there, but escaped your notice.” Sounds magical right? Well, the universe is miraculous so it’s time to take your goals to the next level and put them on a vision board so that you can begin taking action on them!
You can make a vision board in 4 simple steps:
Create a list of goals you’d like to achieve
Find images that represent your goals or symbolize the future you wish to create. I like to manually choose images that make me feel excitement, love, and reminds me of the future I want to create for myself. I then get these pictures printed, and TADA! It’s all mine!
Make a creative and neat collage out of all these images on a bulletin board, wall, or in a notebook. The neater it is, the cleaner you’ll feel. You’ll be looking at your vision board a lot, so it should inspire you to feel happy and calm. If your vision board feels cluttered, and messy, you may be attracting chaos into your life.
It’s important to look at your vision board daily! It should inspire you to take action on your goals
Your Vision Board Should:
Depict the goals and dreams in all areas of your life!
The images you chose symbolize the experiences, feelings, and possessions that you desire to attract into your life.
This is one of my 2 vision boards from 2017. I’ve ordered my prints to do my 2018 vision board. I will share it here when it’s done!
